Lab recovery. Send the media. We image read-only, quote a fixed figure, recover on the copy. Published bands start at $249. CCTV is quoted after assessment. See Pricing.
Recovery Studio. We run it here. If you want to work an image on your own Mac, enquire for Basic ($499) or Technician ($7,500/year (normally $8,999), or $25,000 lifetime). No public download. What the licences include.
Remote help. Screen-share when the drive can stay with you and is stable enough. If it is clicking or vanishing, stop and ship it instead.
Sydney drop-off by arrangement. Australia-wide by tracked post. Packing details come after you log the case, not before.

Power it down
Every minute a failing drive runs can overwrite the bytes you need.

Skip consumer scanners
Desktop recovery apps write as they scan. That is the opposite of imaging a dying disk.

No repair, no format
chkdsk, First Aid and reinstall fix the disk; they do not preserve what was on it.
