We do not run a cleanroom. Mechanical failures (clicking, non-spinning, head crash) are referred after free assessment. We will not open the drive on a bench and make it worse.

We keep chain of custody and document steps. We do not claim EnCase/FTK equivalence or automatic court admissibility. Say what the matter needs when you call.
Can Recovery Studio replace a forensic lab process?
No. It is an honest own-media workstation. Evidence matters that need lab imaging and custody still come here.
